About Us

We first started traveling to tropical places (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and St. John) in 2018, and fell in love with the laid back beach vibes, delicious food, yummy drinks and spectacular scenery. Nothing beats spending all day playing on the sand, looking for seashells and swimming with the sea turtles, then cooling off with a refreshing ice cold drink and filling up on delicious local food. As you can tell, our love language is food, so naturally we wanted to bring those vibes back with us and share the experience with everyone here in the Willamette Valley — and that’s how the idea for Tita’s Tropical Grill was born! Tita’s (Teresita’s childhood nickname) is our way of bringing back a little of that island magic to our friends and family here. When we can’t be back in the USVIs, Tita’s is the next best thing!
